Yes - if you have submitted an order with incorrect information (such as a spelling error), you are automatically billed. All of your reports hit the database instantly and request exactly what was typed into the system - therefore if you have spelled a name wrong, or mixed any numbers up in the SSN or DOB, the report will be invalid and you will have to run it again with the correct information.
Because of this, we advise you to always double and triple check everything that has been entered before clicking the "Search" button. If you accept handwritten applications, and you are having trouble reading the applicant's handwriting, please confirm with the applicant before submitted the search.
