Why does my report say it's being reviewed automatically? [Emerge Review]

When you generate a report that contains a US Criminal Rapid Search, it will sometimes trigger our Emerge Review process automatically.

This occurs when the name and date of birth combination submitted has found multiple "possible matches," which are records that are missing an element of the date of birth. These unconfirmed results must be reviewed by Intelifi for accuracy, so that the final report you receive only contains records of convictions that are a 100% verified match to your applicant.

When this happens, you will get a message on your screen advising you that your order is being reviewed by our support team, and you will have a pop-up requesting you to submit the middle name or initial you have on file (if you have one), which can help expedite your results.

 Automatic Emerge Review Message:

This process typically takes no more than a few hours. When the review process is complete, you will be notified by e-mail that the report is ready to go in your Archives. If there is a delay in your results for any reason, or there is additional information required, we will correspond with the e-mail that generated the report. Please make sure that the e-mail address you use to log into Emerge with is an active e-mail account that is being checked throughout the day by the person who is submitting the searches.
